But while the photos were undeniably seductive, the SKIMS founder revealed in the caption that she was icing her back. Without giving too many details, Kardashian wrote, “Might look cute but just icing my back,” adding a humorous twist to her glam look.

The post included two photos of Kim lounging on a couch, dressed in a black leather halter top and matching high-waisted pants. She struck her signature poses, but it was clear that comfort was key, especially with an ice pack hidden behind the glam. In one of the snaps, she showed off the ice pack, wrapped in a white towel, resting on her couch.

Switching up the vibe, Kardashian shared some mirror selfies, giving followers a closer look at her leather ensemble. With nude makeup and a loose, voluminous blowout, she oozed confidence despite her less-than-comfortable situation. In a final close-up shot, she flaunted the detailing of her leather top, complete with a fresh French-tip manicure.

This playful post comes just days after Kardashian celebrated her four children's first day of school: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. On September 17, she posted family photos to Instagram, including a sweet selfie with all four kids, captioned, “School daze are upon us.”
