Meghan Markle is set to join the action at SXSW 2024. The Duchess of Sussex will be part of a special panel on Friday, March 8, coinciding with International Women’s Day.

The panel, titled “Breaking Barriers, Shaping Narratives: How Women Lead On and Off the Screen,” will feature Meghan Markle alongside notable figures such as journalist Katie Couric, actor Brooke Shields, 19th News’ editor Errin Haines, and diversity consultant Nancy Wang Yeun.

This discussion will dive into the history and future of women's representation in media and entertainment. It will also tackle important topics like the influence of social media on women of all ages, especially teenagers. The panelists will shed light on the ongoing efforts needed to push for progress, particularly for women of color and mothers.
