Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker shared an adorable moment with their 8-month-old son, Rocky Thirteen. On June 24, the couple reposted a sweet photo on their Instagram Stories, initially taken by Travis' daughter, Alabama Luella.

In the heartwarming snap, Kourtney, is seen pouting her lips while cuddling baby Rocky, with Travis sitting beside them, his hood up. The family appeared to be traveling in a vehicle, and Alabama, 18, captioned the photo, "My favorite people."

Earlier, Alabama had shared a photo from a private jet on her Instagram Stories, hinting at the family's travels.

Kourtney is also a mom to three other kids: Mason Dash, 14, Penelope Scotland, 11, and Reign Aston, 9, whom she shares with her ex Scott Disick. Travis also has three children: Alabama, Landon, 20, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 25, from his previous marriage to Shanna Moakler.

Kourtney and Travis welcomed Rocky in November. A source told PEOPLE, "Kourtney is over the moon about her son's arrival. Her pregnancy took a stressful turn towards the end, and she is happy to snuggle her baby boy now. She feels so blessed."

In a recent episode of The Kardashians, Kourtney revealed she had to undergo emergency fetal surgery before Rocky's birth. "A couple of months ago, we had a terrifying scare where I had to have emergency fetal surgery," she said in a confessional.

The scene showed Kourtney recovering, explaining that Rocky had to have surgery for fluid in his lung. "It's super rare, but we were lucky to catch it," she shared. "Thank you, God, for this successful surgery. I'm honestly just so grateful, I have no words."

Kourtney admitted she was fearful after the surgery when the fluid started to come back. However, she changed her mindset after watching a documentary on the power of positive thinking.

"I started talking to the baby every day, saying my prayers, and after I had that mindset shift, the fluid was completely gone, and we had not one single problem after," she said.
